To return an item you must contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving your order and obtain a return authorization number.
All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached.
All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Costumes / Holiday Specific items are not refundable.
Items will not be accepted that have been washed, worn, altered, or smell of perfumes, lotions, or smoke. Tags must be attached!
Due to health regulations, panties, thongs, g-strings, and any similar intimate item cannot be returned.
Shipping costs are at the cost to the customer.
Less Is More Lingerie reserves the right to refuse a return.
All returns that are received without a return authorization number will be refused.
Returned items are to be shipped via UPS Ground or Insured U.S. Mail.
